Can I plug my EV into a normal powerpoint?
You can trickle-charge from a standard 10A outlet, but it's slow and not ideal as a daily solution. A dedicated wall charger installed by a licensed electrician charges far faster, safely, and on a protected circuit — which is what we recommend for regular home charging.
Do I need to upgrade my switchboard or supply for an EV charger?
Sometimes. It depends on your existing supply, switchboard capacity and what else draws power in your home. We assess this as part of the quote — and if a supply or three-phase upgrade is needed, our Level 2 team can handle it too.
My solar stopped working — can you fix it?
Yes. The inverter is the most common point of failure. We diagnose the fault, and repair or replace the inverter to get your system generating again — often without needing to touch the panels.
Is a home battery worth it?
If you have solar and use a lot of power in the evening, a battery lets you store daytime generation and use it after dark instead of buying from the grid. We'll look at your usage and solar size and give you an honest view on the payback.
